:welcome: to the forum jo :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

Sorry to hear the FM has been making itself felt more over the past couple of months :grouphug: :grouphug: I think most of us have had similar worries about the bad days taking over everything.

It takes time to get to grips with FM, and just as you think you're starting to get somewhere, it throws something else into the mix that sets you back again :too-upset: :too-upset: :pull-hair: :pull-hair:

The way a lot of us deal with things is to take each day as it comes. The closest thing I get to a good day now it one where I may have slightly less pain or stiffness, but even these are few and far between for me, so now I just see what things are like when I wake up and just try to get the most out of each day as I can.

There's lots of info and advice on here that may help you with understanding your FM, so have a look and a read around. Anything you want to know about, just ask and we'll try to help you with it
