:welcome: and Hello from me to the 3 of you :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

There is lots of info and advice on all sorts of subjects on here, so hopefully you'll all find some of it helpful. We do what we can to help and support each other with FM and chaos that comes along with it

Anything you're wanting to know, all you need to do is ask and we'll try to help you with it

How you're feeling at the moment stinger is how a lot of us felt when we were dx'd. There is a lot to take in and get used to when you're told you have FM, and it takes time for you to get used to it. Just ask about anything that you're wondering about, don't worry if you think it's a daft thought/idea, ask it and we'll try to come up with something helpful :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed:

:welcome: to all back and thank you

As for how I feel where would I start

numb
low
surprised
anxious

all those and more, but I shall take each day as it comes and get on with it the best I can until I can find a balance that works with me
