Hi James and :welcome: to the forum, we cant say whether you have FM or not but would advise you to print out some of the info from here and/or the NHS website and go to talk to your GP explaining what symptoms you have and why you think it may be FM :fingerscrossed: its not and just something simple to correct but if it is then you've come to the right place for help and advice

:welcome: to the forum James

Sorry to hear you're being affected by FM~like symptoms :( :( By taking some info with you to see your GP, hopefully it will set you out on the road to finding the reason for your symptoms :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: As well as taking info with you, keeping a log or diary for a while about your symptoms, intensity of pain, effects it has on you etc can help as well by helping give an idea of what a day can be like for you.

In the meantime, have a look and a read around, with all the info and advice on here you may find some useful bits to help you with your symptoms. Anything you want to know about, just ask and we'll try to help you with it :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

If your dog doesn't like someone, then you probably shouldn't either
