:welcome: to the forum Vicky

You'll find lots of info and advice on here, as well as plenty of understanding support when you need it. Have a look around, you may come across some helpful things to try out.

Have you tried putting anything warm on the various bits of you that are extra hurty?? Something like a hotty botty wrapped in a towel for you're back when you're sat might help ease things a little, or the wheaty bags that can be heated up in the mikey can help.
