Was diagnosed with fm last year,and having
and now waiting to be seen by specialist
To see if i have ME, any help with advise
Would be very much appreciated,in just about
Hanging in work but really suffering even with
Coping strategies.only work part time but struggeling in all ways

There is lots of info and advice on here, so if you could give us some ideas about where you feel you need help, then we might be able to come up with some possible suggestions for you. There are also quite a few members who work as well, so if you were to do a similar thing with that area as well, you may find yourself on the way to things becoming a little more manageable for you. You could also have a bit of a look and a read as you find your way around the boards and see what you come across. If you were to do this, it should mean you get some helpful replies rather than being inundated with all sorts of suggestions that, all tho helpful, may not be what you are looking for at the moment.

Anything you want to know about, just ask away and we'll try to point you in an helpful direction
