Hi All - New Here

Hi all, I am a newbie here. I am from Northern Ireland and I have had FMS for 16 years or so. I discovered this site thanks to Facebook and am really glad to be here! I hope I can fit in well and I look forward to meeting you all. Cheers!

Hi and welcome!!! There are some lovely people on here full af advice and help. I'm a newbie too was only diagnosed 12 sept after suffering for a few years.
Comfort in sound it's all around, ease back the strain, come heal your pain.

The only entry criteria for fitting into our FibroFamily is that you're a bit
as that definitely helps with getting thru the FibroDays, along with a good amount of ![[chocolate]](./images/smilies/icon_chocolate.gif "chocolate"){kind=icon}
Slightly more seriously tho, there is lots of info and advice on here, along with support and understanding for those times when you need that little bit extra to help get you thru "those" times
Anything you want to know about, just ask and we'll try to help you with it
If your dog doesn't like someone, then you probably shouldn't either
