vibro plate

Postby pinkwellies » Thu Feb 20, 2014 2:31 pm

hi everyone
ive suffered fybro for 7 years and at my worst was bed ridden for 2 years ....i lost all muscle tone and my legs were very weak due to no excersice ....i invested in a vibro plate which i started on 2 mins in morn and 2 mins at night ...my muscle tone has returned and i dont fall as much as i did ...im now up to 5 mins in a morn and 5 mins at night ....just thought this might help others ....works for me ... i still use a wheelchair out doors as i cant walk far ...2 years of using the plate my legs are stronger although the pain is still there and swelling the plate gets the circulation moving and 10 mins a day is like doing an hour in the gym but you just stand there and do nothing ....

I'm going for a tester session using vibro plate at the gym next week. I've heard a lot of mixed opinions on using it if you have fibro ... but only way to find out if it helps me is to try it xxx
