Hello all hope that you all in a little pain as is possible today. A few things about me my name is Debi i am 43 and have had Fibro for over 20 years although have only been diagnosed 8 years and i really hate this illness hope everyone is well xx

As slowly as this illness allows and a lot of tablets :) I also have a brilliant partner who does a lot for me .. I walk with a stick and am waiting for my scooter to be delivered soon ...i have a brilliant gp and occ therapist have a stairlift and also have a walk in shower , a memory foam adustable bed and lots more only memory is not working well xx
