Hello, im new here..looking for advice/support/friendship.

I am a 42 Year Old Male, living in Hampshire, UK.

I have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, it has taken a year of doctors/specialists and lots of different medication to get a diagnosis. It started with a numb feeling in my left arm/hand, doctor said it was a trapped nerve..ended up with excruciating pain in my hands where at points i couldn't use a knife and fork etc...it rapidly spread to the point now where pain is in nearly every part of my body, ankles knees feet hands neck and shoulders mainly..it had debilitated me, i hobble around the house on crutches..need a wheelchair/scooter if i do go out. I don't sleep well at all, im lucky to get 2 to 3 hours in a row.

On top of that I have suffered with Depression, agoraphobia, and diagnosed with Severe Emotional Personality Disorder and have elements of PTSD, which i have suffered with for the last decade.

I rely on my wife for all my care needs, she looks after my personal care needs Bathing/toilet etc..she looks after the house cleaning washing shopping etc and on top of that she works full time.

Well there we have it, a brief rundown of my situation.
