Postby audreyg » Mon Aug 30, 2010 6:47 pm

Hello everyone

i am new to this forum and i am new to fibromyalgia I was diagnosed with rumatoyid atheritis about 18 months ago and then about 4 months after that they told me i had got fybro as well. I am learning a lot and I am always happy to listern to what members have to say who have had this for a while.

I will say it is not nice and has stoped me doing a lot of things i like doing but I have now changed what i like and I am trying to adapt to this and my RA as well, still working at the moment but my emploeers have been good and let me go in the office to do admin work and to support our other teachers by doing their prep work not sure how long this is going to last.

I am glad i have found this site and will vist is regulaly to see what is happening as I vist the RA site i am a member of.
Can any one tell me if coffee affects fybro.
thanks for reading this.
Regards Take care and be safe
Audrey :)

hi and :welcome: :welcome:

i think some have said that coffee is not good for them,
but i am ok with it.
i have IBS, and have tried cutting this and that out over the years
but it really didn't make any difference to me.
now i just eat and drink what i want and enjoy it while its behaving :D
:welcome: again
