
Hi Steph. as others have said Fibro does different things to different people. I think you have enough to deal with right now, so don't try and work out the future at this point.
I used to find propping the baby on a pillow on my lap helped me feed them without having to take their full weight in my arm. Also a pillow behind my back helped a little so i could feed them.
I did try a sling but that really hurt, but it might work for you.
One of those huge V shape cushions was a lifeline at night with a fussy baby.
Discuss meds with your doc. I wasn't allowed Amitrip for years because of pregnancy and breastfeeding - this annoyed me because I know women who have safely used ami for migraine throughout preg and breatfeeding because it's a low dose. See what your doc thinks- if yiou have a good one.
