Glad you found it Lynn , hows the anxity comeing on ? we all know its one of the worst asspects of this fibro , get on top of that and the rest it almost bearable ,
prob is its on of the hardest things you can do :flowers:

` :wave: hi lynn. :welcome: . You are not alone by any stretch. I'm so sorry to hear about your bf.

About two years ago I ended up in hospital with chest pains which must have been a panic attack (although to this day it's not been diagnosed as such.)I still panic about things.

I don't know about fibro only affecting 'nice' people. It can hit anyone at any time.
