Hi Maggimai I've been in that position myself a couple of times, I have 4 children ranging in age from 30 (this month) to 20 so completely understand how hard it is to make all the right encouraging noises while your heart pings in 2. All I can say is well done you for getting through that bit.

As far as a leaflet goes, I would say if you fancy doing it, then go for it, yours might just be the one that helps the most people understand, who knows. If nothing else it might just help your family and thats got to be worth it :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: for your kidults and all the changes and challenges they have coming up :hugs: :hugs: :hugs:

What a night.. hope you caught up on some sleep!
Don't know if it helps, but these are some of my bookmarks from hunting information. You may find something to help you explain to your kidults! A couple are really detailed, like the You Tube link and the Canadian consensus document so I'd save those for when you have a quiet time - well worth looking at though.

My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four.
Unless there are three other people.
