[color=#000080][color=#000080]Making sure you buy proper thermals, I wear ski jackets and trousers, snow boots and thermal socks. Heated gloves, and sometimes if I can not get my feet warm then out comes the heated socks. I don't like hats, but that is a very important item for the winter. Lots of warm drinks, I also have a electric throw to have over me while I am in the living room. :-)

Copper ointment used in the winter is good to help keep areas warm, can be perscribed by the doctor.
