Where would I be able to get some crutches from would I have to buy them.

You can get them from the occupational therapists or buy them from argos or any disability store. The OT's will size them for you so it is best to go through them if possible. Get a referral from your GP

I would also suggest going through your GP. The cost is more likely to be covered then if they are prescribed by him/her

Expect the worst in life you won't be disapointed and you'll be prepared!
