Has anyone had success with this?
I've been doing the 5:2 diet since September but a month ago moved it up a notch to full water fasting, 20 hours a day, 5 days a week. From waking up until dinner time I only drink water.
Hyperbaric chambers have been found to help people with Fibro and it's been suggested that they help induce neuroplasticity (repair) in the brain, which might help rebalance pain signals:
It's also been suggested that fasting can also induce neuroplasticiy of the brain and 'Autophagy' of the cells and improve levels of human growth hormone (HGH).
I think I might be in less pain but I'm not sure! My chiropractor thinks I've been better, but i think I need to do it for longer to know for sure.
