Whole grains which contain folic acid, B vitamins, fiber and eating nuts, are all important protectors against heart disease. Eating poultry and fish, low-fat dairy products and eggs also help for a healthy heart.

Smoking is the risk factor for heart disease.Smoking people is having a risk of getting heart disease.
4.Control weight
Overweight people is having a chance of getting heart disease.
5.Control high blood pressure.
High blood pressure increases the risk of getting heart disease.
6.Control the cholesterol level
High cholesterol leads to heart disease.Bad cholesterol in blood increases is not healthy.
7.Control the diabetes
It is very difficult for the body to control blood sugar levels, if you have diabetes which in turn can damage blood vessels.
8.Family history
If your family members is having heart disease,then you have the chance of getting heart disease.
