Anti Inflamation vits ...

Postby Joanne C » Thu Oct 01, 2009 11:58 am

Hiya

Ive discovered tumeric tablets and also take glocosamine and rose hip tablets which really seem to help with the pain. I know someone who has rose hip tea and that helps too.

I use comfreleve gel, it's made by Seven Seas and you can get it in boots. It's quite expensive but lasts for ages as you only need a little bit. It's got comfrey in which is a natural anti inflammatory. It's great for OA, especially for big joints like your neck or knee... not so good on the little ones like fingers, no idea why :?

Do you have OA? These are great supplemets for arthritis (my Mum's on glucosamine for her knees!) but are unlikely to work on FIbro as it's no inflammatory.
