Honey and Cinnamon

Postby annemarief » Sat Jan 02, 2010 7:04 pm

An old fashoined remedy, my Nan in her mid 80s swears by honey and she just cooked a Christmas dinner!

I have been taking a desert spoon full of honey covered in about a teaspoon of cinnamon every morning for almost a month. It seems to have helped my immune system and just thought I would share.

No problem. Although I thought I'd avoided the flu my family have had until today :(
Still gonna take it though as it is lovely in the mornings.

I have honey and cinnamon on my porridge :)
I also recommend garlic in your diet and ginger!
I don't suffer from insanity...I enjoy every minute of it.

That which doesn't kill me...had better run pretty damn fast.
