I would say go for it too.
I was pregnant when my fibro started (though only gor dx a few months ago) and I've had two more babies since then. For both the following pregnancies and the one that only lasted 12 weeks I went into remission. Lovely.
It all came back about 3 months after the babies were born.
Having the younger three has helped me mentally I am sure. I take care of them and even though my body hates me - they don't :P
