OMG, an hour ago was laying on sofa having a rest as feeling fatigued ,as I went to get
up got a real bad cramp / spasm in my right hip
It was so painful I cried

Has any one else had this with fm?

:yikes: Really hope this doesn't become a regular thing to happen

Its a really bad pain when it happens, and the only thing I have found to unlock the muscle is a cold shock, beleive me I have tried everything else. At two o`clock in the morning I have had to run a cold shower on my thigh muscle, because its been locked up in a spasm for what feels like hours, (only a few minutes... really, really long minutes).
Its a method of last resort I know, but it works for me,hope it works for you.
I`m not over the hill I`m still climbing it, thats why I`m so tired all the time

Hi. I often have cramp and pain in my hips, along with my back. I find it very painful. Sadly I haven't found a solution! :-?

I also have a new one this week to add to the list and wondered if anyone else has had it? This last week I keep getting alot of pain and sort of cramp in my calves, it really hurts. Also to add to it I am getting the same in my front thigh muscles. I have it at the moment and took my tabs 2 hrs ago and it's no better :( . I've had both quite alot this week, along with all the usual aches and pains. Sorry guys if you are up at the mo and in pain. Sending gentle :grouphug: to you all. Cherry x

Don't worry too much about spellings Tara, providing it's not written backwards in hieroglyphics, we all seem to be able to understand each other

You're doing the right thing in mentioning the cramps and spasms when you go for your appts, it's always better for things to be checked out, if only for your own peace of mind.
