OUCH! Unfortunate Injury!

Postby cambridgegirl » Thu Jan 12, 2012 9:51 pm

Hi Guys,

The boy has just crippled me ... I was sorting out some papers on the floor and he tripped over and landed on my hip. 17 stone, 6 ft 4, all to my joint. The terrifying almighty crack came from me not from the floor...

It is agonising now - had to be carried to bed because I can't move it...

Any advice?!

If I were you I would be going to A&E to get this checked out, x ray may be required if something went crack

I suggest a&e as well .....bones ligaments etc, you need to see someone to get checked asap and let us know how you get on, get it checked and sort pain medication out while there............best of luck...mand

I would advise the same as the others - go and get checked out at a&e, either tonight if it's totally unbearable or tomorrow. Hips can be funny things and I know they are very painful. Let us know how you get on. Take care. Cherry x

And I thought 20kg of spangle was bad enough when it landed :yikes: :yikes:

It very definitely sounds like it needs to be checked out, just to be sure :grouphug: :hugs:
