TMJ treatment

Postby sastek » Thu Jan 19, 2012 9:06 pm

Hi all, was at the docs today, he confirmed that I had TMJ problems and offered me steroid injections into the joints to try to ease the pain.

Just wondered if anyone has had this done, f so how did it work out for you?

I would look into complementary therapies first before having steroid injections. For example, Osteopathy is very sucsessful at treating TMJ problems.
