i got fed up of suffering with ibs symptoms of bloating etc so i am trying a gluten/lactose free diet at moment and feel alot better.

i have found lots of good receipes as well to replace existing stuff.

its worth checking with your gp first or get them to suggest dietician to help wiht this.

good luck.. :-) :-)

I'm on mebeverine myself 135mg twice a day, with option of going three times. It does help. Sadly the past week I've been irregular, bunged up, gassy and that's enough of my bodily functions! :-P

I might ask about testing, see if there's stuff that makes it worse, or if it's something more serious.
Trying to get my partner to his doctor. He's much worse than me.
