i have had an absolute pants week, i have felt so low all sorts of nasty thoughts have been running through my head (s....).

went to the doctors on monday to ask if he would upp my anti d's as take 40mg citalopram am and 75mg dosulepin pm to help sleep.

got a no and was told to try and get out more if i could and walk across the road to the river near me and look at a flower for 5 mins, then if i felt stupid to blame the gp....

anywya after battling through myself i watched the food hospital i on demand and realised taht i had been starting to feel really bad thses past few weeks when i had been experiementing with my diet and trying the atkins diet to lose weight.

i did lose a few pounds and felt ok when all the kids/oh were off and we went to harry potter the other week but when everyone went back to work/school last monday i was hit with dread and the blind panic of being on my own with leo again and isolated not getting out.

it occured to me when cutting otu the carbs i had made my depression alot worse as there is a link to it and also it stops your anti d's from working as effectively i read somewhere.

i had coem off the atkins diet for now as was fed up of the restrictions and also upped my carbs as was paranoid about eatingf them with all the weight gain and feel alot better.

so what if i swim then start the morning with macd pancakes, coffee, and oj will try and be more balanced diet and mentally as its just not worth it to feel so bad. i feel alot better today and the gloom has lifted but was concerned how easy it is to flip into that mode.

take care guys we are hit from soo many angles all teh time there is so much to consider. :-)
