it's pretty much as the title says. any tips as the pain is awful? i have cooled them under cold running water and now using an ice pack. burns not big enough to go to hospital but they hurt worse than any fibro pain. :(

hi adel so sorry to hear about your hands
if they have blisered i would still go to a&e to have them dressed
if not put some wet clothes in the freezer and then you can wrap them round you hands

dont put any creams on them
watch for infection if any skin splits
hope you feel better soon xx

Ouch :hugs: you have already done the right thing, just be careful not to knock it if it blisters try to keep the blister intact keep up with your normal pain killer.
If you are worried you should call NHS direct to see what they advice. Hope the pain eases soon. :hugs:
