Fibromyalgia awareness course

Postby Cales » Mon May 21, 2012 6:44 am

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has done a fibromyalgia awareness course, I was referred by Bath Mineral Hospital and am due to start later this month it runs weekly for 6 weeks , its just that I don't really know what to expect and just wondered if anyone else has done one of these courses already and could give me some idea of what happens, and if its worth doing, as I work I am a little concerned about having 6 afternoons off (although my employer is absolutely fine about it) if I am not going to gain anything from it .

I haven't done one but I've heard from others on here that Bath generally has some excellent provisions for people with Fibro, CFS and ME etc. So hopefully that's a good sign that this course will be of benefit to you :fingerscrossed:
