Colonoscopy "All Clear"!!!

Postby rickysmrs » Wed Jul 18, 2012 9:51 am

This is great news but still dont know what the cause of the constant pain im experiencing on my right hand side. Dull pain all the time then every few days goes into a very sharp uncontrollable pain which leaves me in tears??? :scream-1: Hospital are baffled got to go back to see consultant begining of Aug to discuss what else they can look at. So far ive had MRI scan, a Vaginal scan and now the camera which was very unpleasant as they couldnt offer me any pain relief due to me being allergic to most pain relief. Oh well just got to grin and bare it. Keep well gentle hugs. :hugs:

Good news you are being taken seriously by the medics &getting scans done to rule out anything nasty.Bad news you get persistent pain in one areawhich can reduce you to tears.Have you got any other symptomsrelated to that area?Have youany pain in your back .hip.buttockor legon that side?Sometimes pain is referred&the cause is not coming from where you have the pain.

If you can linkthe pain to any of the above let the hospital know & you may have to see another specialist.Hope you get this sorted outsoon. :goodluck2:

Thanks for your support. Been very bad with fatigue and pains in the said place again. I have booked into see my GP 2mow as they have also decided that it may be a bladder prob and want to refer me for tests along them lines. I have said "is it not just my pelvis inflamed"? causing all this upset and pain which was replied with Yes most probably but we want to rule out any surgical probs. So like you say aleast they not throwing me on the scrap heap just yet they got more prodding and poking to do 1st :yikes: . lol Keep well gentle hugs :hugs:
