sound really uncomfortable mb, would a hot bath help to loosen you up abit.

or even a massage if you can get someone (oh) to move your ankles/wrists round abit for you.

i use to be forever asking mine to literallly pull my feet off, the sense of releif was amazing but the look on his face with all the cracking and him wimpering "i don;t want to hurt you".

but it was sheer bliss.

all do some slow armchair exercises yourself. have had a foot massage thingy (forgot name)(
and the best experience ever from my massage guy.

:-) :-)

Hi Mb

I dont get clicking or locking with my wrists but i do with my knees. My ankles click alot and do give way.

It could be arthritis? have you had it checked over? My gp thought mine could be arthritis but the Rheumy didnt think so. :dunno:

Hope you get some answers. :goodluck1:
