Colofac is amazing :-D ..... but make sure that you get some from your GP naughty lady :lol:

Hahahaha..I will Chookie..Fluppypuffy ive even tried drinking Eno's liver salts to try settling it but colofac was far the best, and yea I will get them from my doctors as will save me the cost as don't pay for prescriptions in Scotland anymore which is a massive saving considering the amount of tablets and inhalers I have to get.. :-D :-D :-D ..thanks for taking the time to reply its much appreciated. :-)

I have been on a low fodmap diet for ages and if I stick to it I feel fairly well.... I still get pains, and bloatedness... and the c and d .. but not as bad as before...
