I had glandular fever at 18
Previously had sexual abuse as child

Had violent marriage with many broken bones
Had continuous stress for many years
Had mini stroke

Then fibro kicked in.

Sports Injury + a lot of stress before and especially straight after the injury.

I've only recently been diagnosed (just over a week ago!), although most of the symptoms I have had for years. As such it's hard to work out what caused it, but I have had some severe stress issues to deal with over the last few years and I had bad bronchitis/virus earlier in the year which I haven't felt quite right since (maybe made me take a turn for the worse??).

Mine started from a back injury caused during labour with my youngest, an abusive relationship and stress, it was finally diagnosed 4 months ago at the same time as my spondulothisis after I went back to the drs for the hundredth time but put my foot down and demanded answers to what and why the pain and exhaustion was only getting worse and not better.

I had quite a stressful child good and a car accident and also fell if a horse! When I was 17 I suffered from back spasms! Being overweight and a smoker exercise was always a problem but when I lost weight I got fitter! The next few years I suffered chronic back pain! Which also didn't help being in an abusive relationship for 2 years! So I believe any if these could of been a trigger... I'm quite a negative stressed person so that probably doesn't help!
I only got diagnosed July but believe I started getting worse the end of last year and finally went to the doctors knowing that it was more then just a bad back!

I fell over twice and bruised my wrist (bruising on the muscle I think) and since then the pains gradually came on till full blown pain all over. Although I was having chest pains in the years before falling over.
Please spay and neuter your pets.
