Stomach pain

Postby lonesome1 » Wed Feb 12, 2014 11:25 pm

Does anybody else suffer from horrific stomach, small intestine pain? Most evenings I get a real cold sensation in my stomach (it feels as if I've drunk ice cold water) then about five minutes later I have pain radiating from my stomach out wards towards my sides. The pain is crippling, and nothing I do helps it. This can last for anything from half an hour to five hours, by which time I am exhausted and sore. My GP has arranged for a scan to rule out gall bladder problems, but I'm not sure that is the cause. Can anybody throw any light on this for me?

Sounds similar to colic pains. Can be part of IBS or food intolerances. I drink a tea called Pukkas after dinner, it really helps. Might be worth a try. Certainly won't do you any harm. Xx
