Delayed sleep syndrome

Also know as delayed sleep phase disorder!
Anyone else read up on this??
This has so many long term health effects
Sleep deprivation(we all know that one),depression,lowered immune response,anxiety disorders,fibromyalgia.....
Chronic tiredness is taking over my life :(
Anyone have any ideas???

I'm waiting to be tested at sleep apnoea clinic though I may have to wait 6 months. The pain would be more manageable if I wasn't so tired. Some nights I get 18 hours, wake up exhausted, then every other night like last night no sleep at all. Yawning constantly and shattered after a few stairs or making myself a coffee. Perhaps you could bring this up with your GP. Hope this helps :-o :sleep:

I've spoken with my GP
He said try not napping during day!!! Arghhh really no sleep at night how could I manage without a nap! Some nights I'm up hourly sleep walking,talking & moving :(
I really believe I could have this!!! It's so hard with all the mixed symptoms ;( x
