Postby Leannellie » Mon Apr 07, 2014 12:34 pm

Hi all!!! For the last few days I've had this feeling like my heart is beating up near my throat. It's like when your really nervous or excited feeling!! But I'm not!! It's really odd. Any ideas??
Comfort in sound it's all around, ease back the strain, come heal your pain.

Is there anything coming up, or that has/is currently happening that might have made you feel more tense/uptight than usual??? Have you added anything new meds/treatments/supplement~wise to what you usually take?? There have been a few mentions on here about some meds affecting how the heart tends to beat.

It might be worth a trip to your GP if it doesn't start to settle as it may not be related to FM.

Another possibility can be GERD (reflux/heartburn)

I was told this symptom for me was eptopic heartbeats which can be caused by stress etc...

Best get checked by doctor as a precaution.
