Arnica Gel is used by a number of us for rubbing into various parts that have extra hurtys. I use it, and have found it to be much more effective than other rubs, incl ones containing Ibuprofen.

As well as the likes of QVC and other online retailers/sellers, it is also easily accessible on the High Street, with places like Boots,Superdrug,Holland and Barrett,LLoyds Pharmacy and other smaller, more independent retailers.

Arnica Gel in combination with my TENs machine makes far more difference to my knees than all the meds I throw at it :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

There is a lot of inflammation in fibro sufferers. Have any of you tried turmeric and ginger everyday in hot water. This helps to reduce inflammation quite strongly and it really helped me. It's all completely natural and works. I did lots of research on it myself and decided to buy good quality turmetic tablets otherwise you need alot of turmeric powder to have a significant lasting effect. Please try this as it saves taking more strong and really can help.It worked for me.
