Endo 2nd time around

Postby chookie » Mon Jul 07, 2014 11:51 am

It's been 5 years since my last lap where they found 2 x 5 cm cysts on my right ovary and some endo that they burnt away. It has now all come back again :(

For the past year the symptoms have returned but this time I think that at any minute these cysts feel like they are going to burst or I am going to bleed.... very unsettling feeling.

I am off to see the Gynae on Wednesday with the hope of getting a keyhole total hysterectomy. My GP has finally given me the green light after all these years to get this done after trying me on all sorts of meds.

I get to contend with this little lot of symptoms daily. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and M.E some years ago too, who knows if what I have is all connected with dodgy plumbing and if these symptoms go away after surgery..... imagine the life I could have :-D

Sweating - cardi on, cardi off, cardi on......
Dizzy - GP says borderline anaemia but blood tests 'normal'
Dilated pupils
Little appetite
Dry skin
Cognitive problems - memory, word finding, hazy
Lower back pain
Stretching feeling in lower tummy - right side
IBS - plus trapped wind
Fatigue - 12 hours just isn't enough
Muscle and joint pains - mainly hands and feet
Irritable bladder - wee before brushing teeth then another one after
Acne - oh the joys of a spotty greasy forehead at the age of 38!
Heavy periods with some clotting - super plus - changing every 30 mins
Bloated '4 month pregnant' tum - slowly changing waistbands into jersey stretch ones

Bye for now x
