Alternative therapies - Indian head massage

Postby Lindilou » Sat Sep 06, 2014 8:56 am

I am going to treat myself to an Indian head massage. Have any of you had one and how does it feel? Will I come out feeling all dopey or alert?

Any feedback welcome - thanks guys.

Its fantastic for tight muscles around the scalp/neck & shoulders. Again another therapy that needs to be done regular to continue with the benefits.

I have had it a few times and loved it.

I will tho say that i once came over all dizzy, this i was told was the toxins releasing from the body so i suggest if you feel out of sorts afterwards to drink lots of water and rest and it will pass...

Enjoy

Thank you Lisa. :hugs:
ps that's what I hate, being dizzy, it's awful as you can't control it.

Edited - added a ps

Thanks rich, the place I'm going to go isn't open on a Saturday so I've left a msg on their answer phone. I'm determined, I'm going to go.

Will take water, oh and a hairbrush too. :-D
