bladder problems

Postby funnylady » Tue May 12, 2015 10:11 pm

I go to the toilet a lot more than I should.
I go before I go out when I get to where I am going and before I leave and that's just going down to my local shops.
There only 10 mins walk away but takes me longer when I am in pain.

I would see your doctor as many things could be causing it like an irritable bladder, UTI, even being constipated can cause frequant urination, pelvic floor muscles etc...

I agree, mention this to your Dr. There can be many causes.

i had this problem, i found that when i cut out tea, coffee, all sugars and fruit that it calmed down. As soon as I eat anything sweet or anything with caffein or acidic it comes back within a few days to a week.
