Hypermobilty syndrome and Fibro. Any advice on treatments?

I'm new on here.
I was diagnosed with hypermobilty 2 years ago and diagnosed with fibromyalgia earlier this year.

I am lucky that my consultant Dr Jones is wonderful and my GP is on my side.

I have a real bad problem with my toes though and I was wondering if any one had had any kind of surgery on their's?

My toes pop out all the time. 1 does it all the time and seems to be becoming more frequent.

It really hurts even though it generally pops back in quite quickly.

Is there any thing they can do to stop it?

I've had surgery for hammer toes before so I'm not worried about surgery.

Any one had any thing done to combat joints that dislocate? Or anyone else who has this got any tips on how to cope with it?

Hi, newbie here. This thread is a bit old, but if I can still help - great. The bones in my hand 'sublaxate' all the time and i have a chiropractor manipulate them back into place. Couldn't cope without her.
