It is very very important to get properly fitted, Everyone's size varies a bit naturally and different bras are shaped differently, so it's important to get each bra fitted by someone who really knows what they are doing.

my boobs are so painful, they are not to bad during the day but as i take my bra off the pain is so intense i could cry, trying to get comfy to sleep is impossible, i am glad i read this as i never thought of it being connected to fibro, i was going to tell my rheumy next month about them.

Your not pregnant by any chance are you - thats is one of the things that happens very early into your pregnancy - sore boobs, i had to wear a bra all the time i was pregnant even in bed. Also with your running to the toilet so much.
Just an idea?

I have well fitting non underwired bras for daily wear but have kept a couple of underwired ones for special occasions.....if I am well enough to go to any...lol
