Is the swelling visible and noticeable? If so, ask your doctor - swelling is not a normal part of Fibro.

Really is that true.My hands are always swelling up ,very puffy looking.I just thought it was the fibro. Some mornings i have to use hand cream to get my wedding ring on(dont like sleeping in it had to have one cut off once because my hands swelled so much) they always go bright red as well.Mmm something to think about thanks linzworld .

yes the swelling is noticeable, some days i cant get my rings on, my partner hands also swell up, the doc told him it is part of fibro. i put hand cream on every day as my skin is very dry, just cant get to sooth the swelling even putting on cold blocks don't ease it as it just swells up again.
