Hi
My husband has suffered from restless legs for years,he doesnt take any medication now didnt think any of them made much difference.
We bought one of those really long bolster pillows which he has down the length of his body,he swears by it as it reallys helps.
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to dance in the rain

I now no longer take any meds for anything other than my diabetes meds and my anti-d. The rheumi I saw at the beginning of dec said I was to stop taking any meds and start on ami's. Discussed this with the GP and it was decided that ami's would not be suitable for me. So now I am back to managing the rls, pain etc with gentle (very gentle) massage and positive thought. :roll:
