Most Psoriatic Arthritis is initially diagnosed as Oa as the symptoms and damage are identical.

Really? I thought OA and inflammatory types of arthritis showed up differently on x-rays and scanning images? I had a scan of my whole body and they instantly knew it was inflammatory arthritis.

i have had scalp psoriasis since i was in my teens, and when i'm really run down it affects my face as well. At one point, it was thought i had psoriatic arthritis but this was ruled out, i think because there was no actual inflammation in any of the joints, and my nails were fine.
