Cold wether = bad belly?

Postby Miss sleepy » Mon Jan 18, 2010 11:19 am

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I've got the door open so puppy can come and go as he pleases but the cold catches me every now and again and I have to rush to the loo ... there cant be anything left in my bowels I swear! Anyone else suffer with the cold and tummy troubles? Last summer the heat seemed to make it go also. It was stabbing stomach pains that was the warning signs for all of this.
Have read that a lot of you suffer IBS, and I cut out a lot of stuff as my son is dairy intollerant and has ADHD so we watch what we are buying. You get to a point though when you think I'll be living on water and fresh air soon! (Bottled water I might UGH)

Irritable bowel goes with Fibro.
And i would say i chill very easily.
Just wrap up well and stay out of drafts eh
Maybe a doggy flap in door would help.
