Our body is all messed up, we have a broken thermostat's, in summer my body can be hot but my feet and hands are still cold and in the winter i can be the same, if i go outside in the winter i feel the cold but if i go into a shop the sweat starts to pour off my face and i have to remove my coat.
I have to carry a cotton bandana in my bag when i go out to wipe my face with.

For night time i have a fan beside my bed which i find helps and wearing loose baggy pj`s.

if you search "siberian"
on the search field top left
you shoild find something I did
when suffering night sweats

it doesn't take away the sweating
it makes it more bareable

hope it helps

also talk to your GP about it
all the best :cow-wave: Lu
