My hands dont swell but do get hot, i have been getting lots of numbness with pins and needles lately. :(

I know what you mean nutty. I don't get the shooting pains, but get the rest. when I was in middle school I used to get it in the tips of my thumbs, but now it can be just the fingers or can be the whole hand.

Hi Nutty,
Yes the palms of my hands are often red. My whole hands too especially my fingers get very hot. swollen and very itchy to the point i can't wear my rings alot of the time.

I do suffer form Cervical Spondilosis as well so my arms and hand are often tingly from my neck so i should see your Gp in case x
Take one day at a time. Tomorrow will wait.
