Zopiclone and/or zolpidem

Postby pinky1 » Tue Nov 13, 2012 11:41 pm

Just out if interest has anyone been on zopicone or zolpidem and found it made there fibro pain, mainly muscle spams worse? I used to be on zolpidem, and came off them again a few months back because I thought it was them that was causing the problems, I didn't know I had fibro at that point. I've had some in the house for a couple of months and took one last night and tonight and they've made the muscle spams. 10 times worse. Won't be touching them again.
Anyone else had the same problem?

I've literally just taken a zopiclone after not having any for ages...so I'll let you know if I feel any different tomorrow! ;)
Couldn't cope with another night of not being able to get to sleep for hours, listening to my OH & the dog both snoring & driving me insane, so have reverted to the zopi's before I go completely

I took zoplicone a few years ago - before I was diagnosed. I only took it very seldomly but still found that after a short time it didn't work at all.

If I need to get a good night's sleep now, I have to take taemazepam.

on and off of Zopiclone
was a great help at the beginning
think I took it already too often and it looses its effect

can't remember that it made other symptoms worse
but gave me a nice lift during the morning hours (due to ingrediance opiate samething)

more or less back where I was a year or so ago
am tired, can't sleep, am exhausted, pain increase, and Zopi lost its help
all the best :cow-wave: Lu
