Hydrotherapy

Postby flowers in the air » Tue Oct 29, 2013 8:20 pm

Evening all!

I've seen a physio today who has placed me on a course of hydrotherapy starting in a couple of weeks. Has this worked for anybody, or at least helped a little? Any ideas on what to expect, particularly the day after. Any hints and tips for me?

Thanks in advance!

Hi. I loved hydrotherapy. It really helped me. Its a very deep small pool and the water is lovely and warm. Its just bliss. After my first visit i went home and slept but on the other visits i felt quite energized. It makes you quite thirsty so take a drink with you. My only complaint was that i would of liked more sessions. Hope you get on ok x
