Thanks Lisa, good luck with your course, sounds intense!

The programme I'm on is giving my some alternatives but unfortunately my CBT has been delayed, so I still have no techniques on that side and I'm really struggling with relaxation still. I started thinking about my emails yesterday! I'm horrified by how I feel on the days I don't take tramadol, so I'm going to come off it in about a week and try and pregabalin again. Then if I can come off that it won't be as harsh as coming off the tramadol, and on days when I have a lot less planned in.

Best of luck with your medication, I know it's difficult, the pain drives me back to the Morphine bottle just as I think I am making progress. My house is adapted, have a carer and electric wheelchair. This to me is a way of helping myself because without these things I can't have the life I have. Make it as easy for yourself as possible hun.
