New FM Relevant Petitions on No 10 Site

Postby MCT » Tue Mar 03, 2009 12:35 pm

While checking my petition has been listed I found these which you may like to sign up to:

http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/invismedcondtns/

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to push for more increased monetary funding and party backing and full awareness into finding more suitable, better effective and healthier treatment options for invisible, multi symptomed and painful conditions like Fibromyalgia, M.E. and many other of these non terminal but crippling Invisible medical conditions, especially for those severely and very severely affected by them. People who have these invisible conditions are often living in such agony/exhaustion etc..., with little or no effective treatments and the side effects of these treatments, regulary causing such a very poor quality of life, so much so it surely could be called cruel.

Here is another one which will strike a chord with most of us!!!!

http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/benefitwarning/

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to issue a Government Health Warning when applying for DLA, Incapacity Benefit or their successors.

My get up and go just got up and went!!!

As you slide down the bannister of life, may all the splinters be facing in the right direction :)

Signed both.
As a Public Moderator of this forum my opinions/views expressed are personal and are no more valid than those of other members and not necessarily those of UKFibromyalgia.
